  I’m Joanne, Owner and Principal Makeup Artist of the Multi Award Winning Wedding hair and makeup company Absolutely Flawless, with over 20 years make-up artistry experience I have worked in many different fields from Commercials and TV productions to Party and Prom, however my real passion has to be bridal makeup as I love creating the perfect bridal look to make every bride feel and look their best ever on their wedding day.

  Qualifications matter

  Training at the Cheshire Makeup Academy awarded me with industry recognised qualifications in photographic, bridal and media makeup. Then, working alongside Dior’s celebrity mak-up artist gave me expert knowledge that no makeup course could provide.

  I’ve worked with some of the biggest names in the industry such as, Mac, Dior, Benefit, Clinique and Shiseido. But it’s the genuine love for my profession, which makes for a perfect experience when you become an Absolutely Flawless client. When you choose me, you get no less than 20 years of makeup artistry knowledge and experience – and invaluable advice.

  Working for national magazines, in TV and creating looks for celebrities has brought me to where I am today.

  Throughout my career, I’ve been a regular contributor in the media:

  • Makeup artist for cover shoots for County Brides and The Sun
  • Celebrity makeup for photo shoots for OK! Magazine
  • Sharing makeup know-how with readers of SVP magazine for whom I am a regular contributor writing about the art of applying make-up.

  You may remember the TV series, “Airline”. As make-up groomer for the airline industry, my work was showcased on the programmes.
